Project Description

The Exim Knits ETP Project in Perundurai Village, Tamil Nadu, uses advanced treatment processes to promote sustainable water management. Through a chemical treatment system using lime and ferrous sulphate, combined with the implementation of a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, the plant effectively treats effluents and recovers water for reuse in the dyeing process. This approach prevents the discharge of treated wastewater into the river basin, ensuring efficient and sustainable water use.
