Vettuvapalayam CETRP Pvt Ltd. has established a vertically integrated Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) with a capacity of 1.3 MLD in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. This initiative significantly advances sustainable water management by treating industrial wastewater, offering a viable alternative to the baseline scenario of untreated or partially treated effluent discharge and excessive groundwater extraction, thereby reducing dependence on freshwater resources.
